“Nothing to see, the Right people got Paid Off so there is no harm and no foul...”

Joe Biden’s 10% check must have cleared at his bank.

Trump’s lawyers could make an “equal protection” argument regarding the disparity of treatment.

No charges, no double jeopardy.

Two systems of “justice”. One for libs, the other for conservatives. What will it take to get back to “Everyone is equal under the law”?

This guy can channel $ millions to the Democrats and no problem! If the Podunk County Republicans hold a bake sale, you bet the “authorities” will investigate every penny.

Federal Court District:

“The United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (in case citations, S.D.N.Y.) is a federal trial court whose geographic jurisdiction encompasses eight counties of New York State. Two of these are in New York City: New York (Manhattan) and Bronx; six are in the Hudson Valley: Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, and Sullivan. Appeals from the Southern District of New York are taken to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (except for patent claims and claims against the U.S. government under the Tucker Act, which are appealed to the Federal Circuit).”

Stole money from
People and gave it democrats for protection (I am sorry-campaigning) and then nothing happens at SUNY….

Lol. Anybody surprised? Probably didn’t have enough resources to prosecute after spending all the money and time going after Trump.

The Justice system in NY is a joke. Glad I don’t live there.

The SDNY is the high altar of legal corruption in the United States. Anyone who would step foot in New York is a fool — or a Marxist.

NEW YORK (AP) — FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried will no longer face a campaign finance charge at an October criminal trial, federal prosecutors say, citing a decision by Bahamian authorities to reject a count in the indictment that was not listed on the warrant against him when he was extradited to the United States in December.

Prosecutors told U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan in a letter that the government in the Bahamas notified it on Wednesday that authorities there did not consider the charge to be included in Bankman-Fried’s extradition. Thus, prosecutors wrote, they would not pursuit it at the trial, in keeping with U.S. treaty obligations to the Bahamas.

Another case where it’s exposed the fact that what is really needed is MORE investigations.

Sorry - no sympathy for you, Dinesh.

You talked four friends into making illegal campaign contributions that you funded.

That was a flagrant violation of election law.

Also - the candidate was a very pretty young woman.

The instant I saw her, I knew that Dinesh had a crush on her.

In other words, you broke the laws of Maturity and Common Sense, too!
