True that. Dershowitz is very smart guy. He was also, for a time, Jeffrey Epstein’s personal lawyer. I cannot except that a smart guy like Dershowitz don’t know what Epstein was doing.
So on balance, I’m anti-Dershowitz. I see him like I see Werner von Braun. Smart guy in league with the devil.

Dershowitz has been quite fair and honest in his statements about president Trump and the misuse of legal process against him.

No,of course not. But his opinions would be given serious thought by all honorable men and women. Garland has been described in many ways...but “honorable” sure as hell ain’t one of them.

What Dershowitz thinks could matter to courts, especially SCOTUS.

Yet he doesn't seem to recognize or acknowledge the utterly unconstitutional "Incorporation Doctrine" which empowers the feds far beyond anything contemplated in the Constitution or by the Founders. The "Deep State" is an offspring of this doctrinal heresy.

None of the facts matter. The trial might as well be in the Soviet Union. The guilty verdict will be set as soon as the DC jurors are selected. His only hope is for an expedited appeal and overturn by the Supreme Court.
