The Clintons certainly aren’t strangers to corruption and controversy. Beginning in the 1970s and 1980s, they were accused of running the Whitewater real estate investment scandal as governor of Arkansas. Bill allegedly pressured banker David Hale to provide an illegal $300,000 loan to Susan McDougal, the partner of the Clintons in the Whitewater deal.
Once they arrived at the White House, the Clintons were accused of illegally firing White House travel office employees and replacing them with friends. In 1996, the Clintons were accused of illegally obtaining FBI files on political opponents. It became known as “Filegate,” but they were never charged with any crimes.
Fast-forwarding to 2016, the Clintons were still exploiting the politicization and corruption within the FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ). The bombshell “Durham Report” found that the FBI and DOJ relied on the lies fed to them by a Democrat-hired law firm in order to spy on the 2016 Trump campaign, which continued even after Trump was elected president. The federal agencies falsely told Americans there was evidence that President Trump’s 2016 campaign coordinated with Russia to influence the election. Delivering 800 raw files to the Clintons without cause or warrants pretty clearly demonstrates the FBI was a partisan operation at least 30 years ago.
And then there's the "hammer party" sHrillary and her staff had with government phones that were under subpoena by the Senate.
The Clintons were happy to spy on political opponents. That was a real problem when they were in office, because it you can’t have democracy with that behavior.
The point shouldn’t be just about the Clintons. No, everything about Joe Biden was known before the 2016 election and Biden and Obama were on board with the Trump spying and subversion. The Clinton’s didn’t control government at that time.
This is about Obama and Biden, but mostly it’s about a government that doesn’t want to be accountable to the people.
You left out Travel Gate. And a half dozen other scandals.

Your point about all the other scandals is valid, though.
In the old days of FR we covered the Clinton scandals in minute detail.
One newspaper published a photo of a desk in the West Wing of the WH. On the table was a list that said “scandals”. It was the internal list.
It had dozens of scandals listed—and we had not heard of most of them.
And that was before things got super-sized bad.

I just watched a clip yesterday on YouTube from the movie “American Made”. This is the story about Barry Seal running cocaine into Mena, AR for the CIA. Also flying weapons down to central America to fight the Sandinistas. .
Barry gets arrested by everybody. Local sheriffs, DEA, ATF, even the FBI. They take him in to see the woman attorney general of Arkansas. She gets a call from the Governor(Bill).
She comes out a couple minutes later and says let him go.
Barry walks out of the building.
At the end of the movie Barry took a couple shots to the head.
So in Microsoft News' webpage, one reads, "Fast-forwarding to 2016, the Clintons were still exploiting the politicization and corruption within the FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ). "
Sounds to me like the beginnings of a "change in the narrative."
