On Tuesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “All In,” Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) and host Chris Hayes maintained that Georgia passed a voter suppression law before the 2022 elections, with Warnock claiming people “overcame those barriers in order to send me and my partner, Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA), to the Senate,” and “people refused to have their voices muted in the system.”
Before the interview with Warnock, Hayes said that Georgia Republicans “were able to force through some of the most restrictive voter suppression rules in the country” after the 2020 election.
Warnock stated, “We are in a real fight for our democracy here in this country, and Georgia is ground zero. And the fact that the people of Georgia overcame those barriers in order to send me and my partner, Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA), to the Senate, it doesn’t mean those barriers don’t exist. It just means that the people refused to have their voices muted in the system. … Georgia’s SB 202 is exhibit A, if you will, of the problem, this effort to somehow wage war against this multiracial new American electorate that is emerging in our country and in our state and defending everything from voting rights to reproductive rights to ensuring that jobs and opportunity are available to every kid regardless of their zip code.”

The only Voter Suppression that has been going on has been targeting Republican/Conservative Voters. Hence, I fail to see what Warnock and Chris Hayes are bitching about.
And warlock claims to be a pastor.
If Georgia had a “Voter Suppresion Law”, Warnock would be working a fries guy job and not as a Georgia Senator. Warnock needs to grow up. He’s a brainless dork.

No, Georgia has a recently enacted cheater suppression law, courtesy of Governor Kemp, in whom President Trump refuses to see any good.
No, he’s just a damn liar.
When Kemp dismisses all the Georgia voting shenanigans and the Ruby Freeman vid, I can see why Trump and other conservative view him with derision. I believe Trump and Walker were cheated out of Georgia victories by voter fraud and Kemp is used as a “Look-at-em!—a Repub can win so everything is fair and square.”
But is he still beating his wife? That used to actually mean something.

Making needless enemies has consequences. Trump needlessly made an enemy of Kemp BEFORE the election — when he attacked him for trying to free his state from COVID restrictions before Fauci wanted to do this. That didn’t make it easy for Trump to demand that Kemp help him count the votes.
The law was so successful in suppressing minority voting that the election saw record turnout of minorities.
