That glorified high school librarian Jessica Tarlov made the same defense of the Bidens on Outnumbered today. Sure, the Bidens took obscene amounts of money from foreign sources, but they did not sell influence and taking money for nothing is not illegal. These people are either not bothered by corruption (as long as it’s Democrat corruption) or too stoopid to see it.
When senile joe went on TV a few years ago and bragged about with holding a BILLION DOLLARS of US aid {our tax money} from the Ukraine unless the Ukraine gummint fired the prosecutor that had the goods on Bursima/Hunter, that was an open admission {confession}of performing a service for a bribe.
Any sentient human can see that, but senile joe didn't think he did any thing to be jailed for, rather he bragged about it.
A TV talking head that can't/won't admit that basic fact should be fired for plain stupidity.
