“Progressives” target all American institutions. They smell blood in the water. This blood lust blinds them to the consequences of their actions, may they get woke to that real fast

The court oversees Congress. Congress, well, Democrats, want to oversee everyone and everything. This Democrat congress and president is the most authoritative government ever.

I had reviewed the stats at Empirical SCOTUS after this past term ended and noticed the increase in unanimous decisions.

Justice Jackson, the newest member of the Court aligned most frequently with Justice Sotomayor and least frequently with Justices Alito and Thomas. Our newest Justice, much like Sotomayor, is a social justice activist rather than a judge.

Kagan and Sotomayor do not follow the law, they vote in every instance to subvert the rule of law and destroy our Republic.

My impression, and I could be wrong in this, is that there are important issues, and then there are REALLY important issues. There will NEVER be a unanimous decision on abortion, or free practice of Christian religion, or the right to keep and bear arms. Issues that don’t hinder the revolution may be ruled on as the Court wishes, but on issues that promote the revolution, the revolutionary and reactionary sides will not meet.

I always wondered what % of the time do the individual justices go against their expected “conservative/liberal” rulings. It seems like there should be a statistic for this. Do the liberal justices ever go against their expected rulings like the conservatives do? It seems like they don’t to me, but I certainly don’t follow all the cases. I know a lot of them are actually unanimous.
