This is unprecedented in history. It going to take a miracle for Trump to escape getting found not-guilty in all he's being charged with. If found guilty what should the response from the public be?

“If found guilty what should the response from the public be?”

It’s up to the PEOPLE in the US to determine whether they will allow the sitting government in DC to determine who they are permitted to vote for or not. And the people, via their voting, will have the last word on Trump, as Trump, even if jail, still meets ALL Constitutional requirements relating to running for the Presidency.

And yes, I realize that a number of accounts here don’t like that idea, but regardless, that is how it will be settled.

People are starting to catch on that the criminal justice system is out of control. People don't want violent criminals on the streets, but they don't want everything getting criminalized either. Conservatives oppose judges legislating from the bench, but they must understand that when a prosecutor asks a judge to expand a criminal statute beyond its intended scope that the prosecutor seeking to prosecute is the first step in that process. The relatively recent phenomenon of prosecutorial immunity needs to be reversed to keep prosecutors in check. Criminal jurisdiction laws need to be reexamined to limit prosecutorial forum shopping. Perhaps the defendant might get the right to transfer actions to a different venue? Of course, the real criminals like the Bidens still avoid prosecution.

Yet Hillary challenged the 2016 election setting off a millions of dollar inquiry as to whether or not Russians had interfered in our elections.

All turned out to be for nothing at all - yet Hillary skated, as she always does...

He’s going to be convicted because he’s Trump. It won’t be hard to find jurors who will convict just because they don’t like him. They believe he’s racist and a criminal because they have been told to by the media. I recommend the books Rape of the Mind by Merloo and They Thought They Were Free by Mayer. Get them before they’re banned.

So now examining the voting machines is a crime.

Welcome to the authoritarian new world order. Where the voting machine configuration is a secret.

BTW, Ron loves proprietary voting machines. Trump wants paper ballots only.

Of all the cases against Trump, this one might be scariest if the allegations in this article are true and that’s a BIG IF.

It may be legal, if it is, it should be made illegal, you can’t allow anyone to examine the inner workings of the actual voting machines without a court order.

In this case the results didn’t change, just imagine in a close election, election officials in one county allowed anyone to examine the voting machines and all of a sudden, the outcome changed.

“If found guilty..”

Alhough Trump’s lawyers will have to go through the processs, he certainly will be found guilty. These trials, where the accusation is evidence of guilt, are straight out of the old Stalinist show trials, minus the forced confessions.

The response from his legal team will be to appeal, and they will all be kicked out at the appellate level, eventually, if the country is still standing. There is no longer a guarantee of that.

It is New York lawyers that are guiding the legal charges in Georgia.

I believe they are going to put Trump in prison, and I can tell you what the government’s response will be. Any Trump supporter who makes a statement that can be construed as a threat to a government official or the government itself will be lucky to sit in prison beside the J6ers as opposed to being shot like that guy the other day. I don’t think people are really seeing where we are right now. Too much confirmation bias. We are already over the edge.

So anyone who dares to investigate the cheat machines will be charged with a crime. Similar thing in Michigan. The rats went into 5 alarm panic when one of the Dominion machines almost got examined by some GOP members.

I really don’t think that the Dims have thought that through.

And what exactly is wrong with examining the voting machines to insure they are counting accurately? If the ballots are hand counted we insure that the counter can count, don’t we?

Not sure how text messages and emails could possibly prove someone hacked into a voting machine.

Those communications would likely show an interest in examining voting machine data which is expected by someone trying to prove voter fraud. They will then say Trump had a motive but having a motive is not enough.

Thus it doesn’t sound like they have any real evidence of a crime.

Thank you for referencing that article Macho MAGA Man.

"Fulton County Prosecutors Have Messages Connecting Trump’s Legal Team to ‘Voting System Breach’ in Coffee County… For Examing Voting Machines"

Regarding so-called state sovereignty that state and federal governments, especially the corrupt media, have been using as an excuse to cover up massive voting fraud in 2020 imo, please consider the following constitutionally enumerated exceptions to state sovereignty concerning voting fraud that continues to be blatantly ignored at the highest levels of government imo.

From related thread...

If Pence and the J6 Congress had upheld their oaths to protect and defend the Constitution by voting to investigate allegations concerning possible violations of the 12th Amendment (electoral vote rules) and Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A), that section a penalty for states where ballot box fraud has occurred, then we might have heard even more than we've now found out alleged Georgia voting-related scandal.

Regarding the Section 2 penalty, consider the "hair trigger," zero tolerance wording of that clause that screams for the feds to investigate allegations of vote-counting fraud.

Consider that ballot box tampering effectively weakens the constitutionally enumerated voting power of qualified citizen voters imo.

In fact, if this were a better world, the federal government should be warning the states before every election that the feds will be darkening their doorway to investigate complaints about vote-counting problems.

Patriots need to get ready ASAP to support hopeful Trump 47 by primarying ALL state and federal, lawmakers and executives, except for MTG and Gaetz, for the 2024 primaries.

After all, lawmakers and executives continue to show that they do not have the patriotism and leadership skills necessary to find legislative support for effective remedies for unconstitutional government policies.

Exclusive: Marjorie Taylor Greene ‘Dumbfounded’ GOP Colleagues Will Not Call for Biden’s Impeachment! (6.10.23)

In fact, consider that, since one of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutionally given to the big, bad federal government to dictate peacetime domestic policy is to run the US Mail Service (most federal domestic policy actually based on stolen state powers imo), the worst problem that the country would otherwise be looking at with a new Congress of Trump-supporting freshman lawmakers is arguably a delay with mail delivery.

Trump can endorse candidates from lists that patriots who respect the federal government's constitutionally limited powers provide for him, as long as candidates are not incumbents, candidates also promising to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments after they win office.

The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same politicians to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.

Patriots, let's not allow ourselves to be fooled for third time in 2024 by the corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties that have pirated control of state and federal governments.
