I agree that there is substitution for lifestyle changes, for those consistent small changes. However, I dont have a problem with speeding the process up with a drug, as long as it is intermittant. Drop 10lbs, stay off for a couple of months while you make those requisite changes. Then another 10lbs. Until you get to a manageable weight.

I understand why people do it, and I’m not against it.
I guess my point is don’t just pop a pill.
Exercise, eat healthy, have fun, minimize stress, meditate, supplement, and get ample sleep.
