Fulton County Superior Judge Scott McAfee first put on his robes in February this year...McAfee was randomly assigned the case, but has worked with key people involved in the events of 2020: Georgia Governor Brian Kemp...and Fani Willis, the Democratic district attorney in Fulton County whose more than 2 1/2 year probe led to the charges.

"Randomly assigned" don't you know? The article doesn't give a timeline, but close ties to key people suggest he may have been involved in the case before now.

Nothing is random when one party controls the timing.

Why did Fani wait until this exact date to file? Apparently she already had all of the indictments printed up.

How in the hell can President Trump get a fair trial when every turd rolling commie lib is in on running the courts and with the little Nazi, Georgie Porgie and his mommas. And what’s up with the Jamaican and Non-Native American Indians running the show? I don’t think we’re in America anymore, Toto.

If he’s so smart and professional he will throw the whole thing out with prejudice. 😏

Not surprising if he worked in the office before becoming a judge. What’s his overt bias, if anything?

Trump may not be able to get a better judge in Fulton County. However, I think it is absurd for a 34 year-old to 1) be a judge; and 2) have a case of this size and magnitude. This guy will be in way over his head, no matter how smart he is. It is absurd that a 34 year-old—that’s less than 10 years of legal experience and not much life experience—was appointed to the bench.

Since the investigation lasted several years, did he work on it? That should be automatic recusal i would think.

So bad at his job, he was promoted to get out of the office?

I don’t see anywhere else for this chit show to end up unless it goes to civil war and nobody really wants that. I’d say the odds are good the military steps in. I don’t think Trump signed on for a 40 year prison sentence. 😏

New judges usually make horrendous mistakes. Even in simple cases. The learning curve is steep. Good defense lawyers can do well with these types. Think Judge Ito. That said, they make bad pretrial mistakes.

It will be impossible to find a jury pool anywhere in the country that hasn't already formed opinions, since half the citizens already voted for or against President Trump twice, and half of them also voted for President Trump twice again in the primaries.

EVERYONE has an opinion now. That's why a fair trial of President Trump is impossible no matter the charge, no matter the location, no matter the timing.

I am of the opinion that we are beyond fixing in current form.

We’re going to become North Brazil.
Cities full of violent, drug abusing, low IQ, mixed race fat slobs.

I’m taking my white ass to rural NH or Idaho/Montana.
