It's all very dicey, everywhere now. :-(
Michigan Avenue along the lakefront was just beautiful on a clear summer day, especially from the top of the towers. People of all races got along fine; there really wasn’t a hint of street crime in the Loop or along the waterfront. Now the elected mayor is a stooge of the teachers union and a borderline Marxist and you can see it in the desolation of downtown Chicago.
