They are Gaslighting everyone. I’ve been to interviews where I have been told “This needs to be a diversity hire, Minorities are the only ones getting interviewed.” Its all part of replacement theory, whites have built this country for the last 250 years + and this is the gratitude we get for being prosperous, industrious and creative.

I have said for a long time that the biggest problem we face in the U.S. in our labor market is that too many people are simply unemployable.

The "unemployable rate"is over 50%. I blame ubiquitous marijuana use and the wild over-prescription of anti-depressants.

Cultural acceptance of self-medication over the past four decades has radically altered the employment landscape.

Excuse me? You think that uneducated, illegal, illiterate Guatemalans ARE going to become our doctors, scientists and pilots? Or do you think they’re rounding up a bunch of Germans, Koreans, Russians and Taiwanese? (There are a small, but significant number of Indians, many of whom overstayed educational visas.)

The hiring process has completely broken down. You should be glad you’re not looking for work.

I’d say less then 10 percent of job postings are for openings that are actually hiring.
