Booschmidt! There is a labor shortage only because the jackasses in this country don’t want to work anymore after the RATs’ pandemic. They found ways to live off of other people’s money and the Fed is willing to let them do it as a reward for their votes. If these two bimbos think putting miggies in our military, our government, running our courts, running our Congress, running our agencies, well, they either need to be piss tested or see a shrink. There is no labor shortage of any kind, period. Your local restauranteur has decided that his waitresses should work twice as hard for no more pay, when people are feeling too much economic pain to tip well. Given the doubling of menu prices, the solution should be very obvious.

Bunk! Companies have gotten rid of white guys because of DEI and other diversity programs. Then the top companies continue to outsource white collar jobs while shipping manufacturing jobs to china! I’ve seen it a thousand times where companies post job openings for jobs that don’t exist then they go to the government crying there are no workers to fill these jobs. It’s all bullsh-t from the damn communist globalists!

My youngest son worked at the local Walmart in 2011. I went to the store and encountered his boss. She commented that many of the new hires don't really want to work. They think that just showing up during the scheduled shift is worthy of being paid. When they discover that actual work is required, they don't come back. She was clearly frustrated with the lack of good work ethics.

The cure for a labor shortage is to improve productivity, to improve working conditions, and to pay employees better. After a couple of decades of cost-cutting, most companies do not have a clue how to organize and treat their employees so as to keep them aboard and make them more productive.
