Fortunately for us, in CW 2.0 the Democrats are destroying their own cities. Lincoln could have saved countless lives if he had been gifted with Democrats like these ones.
I just read the synopsis on Wiki...it is a very sound theory borne out by experience. Thanks for the tip. I found it on Audible...I'll see if I can find it in my library.
