He’s not hiding out. He’s laughing at Trump. While Trump is forced to submit to a humiliation event in humid Atlanta, he’s luxuriating in Tahoe, immune to any sort of laws.

I beg to differ. He has very little cognitive ability left from everything I’ve seen him make one public appearance and disappear for a few weeks in the process will repeat.
