Its not estate planning if there is an outstanding civil legal judgment against you like there is in NY.
It is still estate planning, especially when the senior has a target painted on his back by Democrats. It is good estate planning, too. I guess the state of Florida didn’t honor the NY court judgement. … or maybe the judgement didn’t include his house since he has so many other assets.
