As to your other post, yes Raffensperger knew. I know many who had issues during the election where votes did not show up and his office refused to respond. And many who showed up and told they had already voted. Then there was the evidence presented by several parties in the GA senate hearing.
Someone from Tea Party Patriots had one election official recorded as admitting that their recounts did not match the “official” record but they were told to go with the official count and ignore the discrepancy

Each time it was proven that someone’s vote was not properly counted since they were recorded as having already voted in advance, Kemp and Ratburger both responded with the “an isolated incidence” line. All those “isolated incidences” add up.
