There’s all kinds of apps on phones that will automatically adjust your photo to make you younger, older, thinner, fatter, meld your image with that of your favorite cartoon character, your pet, etc...etc...
I would imagine that if some of these folks end up missing they’ll be hard pressed to come up with a photo to put out on the APB...
