Gabriel Sterling who worked under Raffensperger as a “Statewide Voting System Implementation Manager” (unclear whether as a state employee or contractor is not clear) admitted this himself back in 2020.
At the 7:00 mark - Sterling talks about how the Secretary of State’s office “expanded the emergency rule to provide for drop boxes to go through the entire election cycle now.”
At the 8:00 mark he talks about “working with the ACLU and the Chamber of Commerce” and has given more than 6,000 names to counties for the election.

This was all known back at the time. I’m certainly not excusing it, just as I didn’t back then. But I definitely remember it. Maybe something will finally be done.

This article should also say that the one black supporter in the group is still in jail. Sending a message to black people not to support Trump if they want to avoid jail.
