Former GOP Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake announced an upcoming trial date in a lawsuit to obtain mail-in ballot signatures.
"We are scheduled for a 2-day trial set for September 21 & 25th," Lake wrote on X, the platform previously called Twitter. "I will never stop fighting for Honest & Transparent Elections."

Earlier this year, a superior court judge ruled not to dismiss Lake's request for access to ballot affidavit envelopes.
Maricopa County argued the ballot affidavit signatures are part of the voter registration record and are deemed confidential by state law with some exceptions, which Lake doesn't meet, according to county attorneys.

In other words, evidence of their crimes is “confidential” and no one is allowed to see it. Even the courts.
I suspect this will be the same defense the Biden family will use in connection with their bribery schemes.

I respect Lake for putting up a fight. My concern is that that the AZ courts are just giving the illusion of hearing the evidence. Once the evidence is finally produced, they will again declare it doesn’t support a finding of overwhelming fraud in the election. I’m afraid this is all just so much window dressing and nothing will actually come from it. People in AZ and in other stolen states need to plan to fix the steal, by constitutional last option if necessary.

I disagree with you on HOW to combat 2024 election shenanigan’s. The marxist democrats were able to get away with a whole lot of vote stealing because they had people at the polling places that INTIMIDATED the silly little republican poll watchers who in most cases were frail older people and karens. Next year, they need to have some Navy Seal type guys at these key polls in these Blue Cities of these 6 battleground states. Those Navy Seals must guard those ballot boxes like gold. No 18 wheeler trucks dumping off truck loads of ballots at 3 a.m. either.
