So what I got from the story was if they replaced the blades with new ones then they could “restart” the federal subsidy that pays for the wind farm boondoggle.
So it’s a never ending scam to take taxpayer dollars.

A lot of the lefties are slowly coming to the horrified realization that their precious green energy systems aren’t all that green and that the real answer is nuclear. Forty plus years after they started obstructing it.

"Composite materials with a binding resin."

The resin should burn quite nicely. Assuming that the composite is fiberglas that should form a nice glass slag.

These windmill blades need to be stacked on Martha's Vineyard and strewn about the National Mall in Washington DC.

...and stuck upright in the lawns of every politician and korporate officer who profited off of this scam.

I bet they stop paying property tax on the land and let the county/state have it once it’s full.

If a nuke plant was approved today, it would take around 20 years for it to go online, maybe longer.

I did a quick search and found the following.

Lightweight core material such as balsa wood or polyurethane foam on the blade's trailing side
Metal foil for lightning protection
Polyurethane paint and epoxy gelcoat for protection from wear
