This is nonsense. Nobody has met the bar required by the 14th Amendment to bar Trump. This one would be a slam dunk in front of the Supreme Court. It would be granted an emergency hearing. This is a Democrat fantasy, but it will never fly.
Does anybody actually read Section 3 of the 14th Amendment ? It says nothing about banning anyone from becoming President, it only talks about ELECTORS OF THE PRESIDENT. It also speaks to OFFICES UNDER THE UNITED STATES, which has never been understood to include the Presidency.
