Short version: The charges against Trump may be bogus the money it takes to defend them is real. He does not, and will not, have enough money to run an effective campaign or ballot harvesting operation. This might not be fair, but it's reality.

That’s the plan...run him out of money, keep him tied up in court, the day after the election which he loses, drop all the charges.

I’d be more than happy to send Trump a couple of hundred bucks if he needs it. So would millions of other people.

Oh well...looks like it’s up to the people. Trump is the guy no matter what these Repukes say. If Trump has to campaign like Bidem, from his basement, then so be it. What the Repukes are trying to do is convince the people to turn against Trump and accept one of their lowlife puke candidates. Nope. Under no circumstances!

That will help with his lawyers, sure. Won’t do a damn thing to win the election however.

Yes. Also, he will be the candidate who does not emerge from his basement this time. He won’t have the money to campaign, he will be busy defending criminal charges, and his lawyers are no doubt telling him to say nothing for fear that he will incriminate himself. The judge is already threatening him with sanctions if he says the wrong thing. I suspect that is the main reason he decided not to participate in the debates.

Unfortunately, money talks in politics. Look at all the Soros prosecutors who got elected because they outspent their opponents with Soros’s money. I can’t imagine they’d have been elected in a fair fight.

Silly. He raised $20m in 30 hours. Lawyers don’t cost that much.

He has more money than he needs, especially since he gets more free press than anyone.

Don’t forget, THE COURT CASES THEMSELVES ARE FUNDRAISING EVENTS AND ARE ADVERTISING FOR HIS CLAIMS THAT THE DEEP STATE/DEPARTMENT OF INJUSTICE ARE A THREAT TO AMERICANS.

You couldn’t devise a better campaign.

Spot on. Unfortunately, too many people refuse to accept reality.

And do that without preventing him from getting the nomination. So far it’s working.

Breaking Trump financially was the purpose of indicting him with a bunch of phony charges.

The Traitorcrats also use it as a warning to any other patriotic Americans who may consider running for office, but who aren’t billionaires. The Traitorcrats will use the corrupt court system to financially destroy any conservative that poses a threat to their kakistocracy, even if the charges are eventually dismissed or overturned.

You sound concerned. And yes it's good to point this out so he can raise more money.

He’s already spent more than $40 million on lawyers. So he will need that $20 million and more to keep them paid going forward.

Please do. It takes an awful lot of campaign contributions to keep Melania looking pretty.

Melania Trump stylist gets $260K in campaign cash since start of 2022

With all due respect, Larry, you’ve been telling us to “trust the plan” for approximately six years now with very few of your predictions about “the plan” having come true.

In a more just America, Trump would be able to sue to recover the costs for defending himself against frivolous, politically motivated prosecutions. Corrupt DAs make a mockery of American justice.

That’s EXACTLY what they are trying to do. Expect an ENDLESS stream of such efforts.

Hopefully they will come to their senses before the primary. And I hope you plan to make your opinion known on primary day, and encourage everyone you know who agrees with you to do the same. I certainly will. I want to beat the Dems more than anything this election cycle.
