It was time to take his daughter and become a fugitive.
There's no place to go any more and no way to avoid surveillance cameras, facial recognition technology, RFID sensors, mandated credit card and phone provider disclosures, extensive ID requirements if someone tried to set up an untraceable identity—all kinds of digital tracking. Plus, the daughter doesn't want to go and wouldn't cooperate.
“It was time to take his daughter and become a fugitive.”
If I had exhausted all legal remedies, I truly think I would give that serious consideration. It would take some planning since in this day and time we are tracked at our every move. Cash only, no cell phone, change in looks, etc., all while dealing with a confused and brainwashed child. Yes, you would eventually be caught and would probably do some serious jail time. But, if you could only buy enough time to deprogram your child, it would be worth it.
