We needed this ruling 3 years ago. At least we got it for next year’s completely unplanned and unexpected pandemic.
Why do we need a prescription to get ivermectin in pill form ?
I don’t think that has always been the case
Translation: “Naughty, FDA. Bad! Bad!”
I think most people either used the paste that could be purchased from a local farming store or bought it from sources in India.
Trump appointee for what it’s worth.
“quinine”
My mother has been gone 30 years but I thought of her and her quinine/4 way cold tablets alot through the pandemic.
She treated an amazing range of ailments with it.
Must have been ok, I’m still here.
I suppose dimwit governor’s like Oregon won’t allow it still.

Uh oh, NOW what? Will the AMA step up and threaten the medical license of anyone who prescribes it? They can’t let this stand!
but i thot the fda was my meemaw
Remember, the FDA and Fauci were in cahoots over this.
I bought pill form Ivermectin from a compounding pharmacy here in my WA state city, prescribed by a PA in Atlanta. (Internet med site)
Get Tonic Water with quinine. It works like a miracle.
Use it to prevent leg cramps, or use it to prevent them.
That’s an interesting line to take. Informing IS advising so I would think the FDA would have the right and power to advertise that “ivermectin shouldn’t be used for covid”- where I draw the line is that they had no right to block doctors from prescribing it for that reason (and maybe that’s the judge’s point in context... that they couldn’t “advise” doctors)
on a wider note - does this now apply to tobacco and marijuana usage? butter? meat?
The FDA and Pfizer swap employees/ leadership every 2 years. They are one and the same.
And Pfizer, don’t forget, paid over $1billion in fine for falsifying drug trials.
- I doubt there were any personal fines, sanctions, or firings. The protect their own.
Add some Gin and it will work miracles.
