He can say things like this which Trump can’t because he himself is a “person of color”. Most people from India are racial Caucasians-so they are NOT “people of color’, unless you are just talking about skin tone. And since Kamala is 50% Indian and her father was also part Caucasian, she is not anything but a small part Black-even her skin tone is light.
