Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) said Tuesday he will introduce legislation dubbed the “Freedom to Breathe Act” which will effectively ban federal mask mandates.
The act would prohibit President Joe Biden and federal agencies from implementing face mask requirements requiring submission from public transit passengers or students in schools.
“The bill, if passed into law, would prevent the reimposition of federal mask mandates in the United States — particularly in public schools and on airplanes and public transportation systems. It would only apply through the end of 2024.

Just a beginning. More to the core, as well, is repealing the PREP Act and other legislation that allowed Trump to declare a Constitution-stopping national state of emergency that federalized way too much.

He forgot to add in that the government can also not punish corporations and businesses if they don’t comply with mask mandates.
I find it totally amazing that people like teachers & auto workers keep dumping MILLIONS of $$$$$ into Democrat candidates when those same Dems want to END all auto usage ==Pete Butigieg quote-—and teachers are being trapped in school classrooms with millions of invading kids from all over the world without ANY health screenings or VACCINATIONS of any kind.
American kids cannot enroll in school without a long record of vaccinations from birth-—but these invading kids can ignore all of that..
Over 20,000 such kids are entering NYC classrooms this week.

Repealing the PREP act is the equivalent of banning vaccines as all pharmaceutical companies will get out of the business.

Eliminating the PREP Act eliminates all vaccines. Vaccines have been responsible for saving millions of lives.
That’s a good start but it doesn’t go far enough. As we’ve seen regarding various other matters, if the government can’t issue federal-level laws, regulations, etc., they will lean on the private sector to implement these things.
So not only does it need to be a blanket ban at the federal level, there needs to be a blanket ban on anybody else trying to mandate these things, too.
