Georgia's Republican AG announces indictment of 61 leftists under the RICO statute used just weeks ago against Trump

In a controversial move, Democratic Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis charged former President Donald Trump last month under Georgia's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. It appears Willis, the proud daughter of a top Black Panther, may have unwittingly opened Pandora's box as it pertains to the acceptability of lawfare in the state — to the detriment of her fellow leftists.

Georgia's Republican attorney general made clear Tuesday that the gloves are now off, indicting 61 radicals under the same statute.

Now with the shoe on the other foot, leftists are decrying the RICO charges, calling them "anti-democratic," reported the Associated Press.

He should have indicted Fani for her own election interference tweets and public statements.

He wouldn't even look into 2020 election irregularities in Fulton County, let alone going after Fanni's, uh, fanny.

Had my doubts that this was actually happening, seemed too good to be true. But it is reported by multiple mainstream sources.

those indicted are the ANTIFA thugs protesting the new police training facility in Atlanta area.

calling them "anti-democratic,"

They would. But more accurately it's..."calling them "anti-democrat".

I have long held the conviction that the politicization of the law would lead to a refusal to extradite from leftist states to red states... and eventually vice-versa as well.

We are well on our way to that and it could easily lead to a breakup of the union.... seriously. Imagine a red state indictment of a leftist icon... no blue state would extradite the scoundrel.

Where is the Supreme Court in all of this? are they still as cowardly as when they denied standing in every obvious election fraud case brought before them...

It could be that at some critical point Biden will graciously pardon Trump of all federal charges, for the good of the nation, and petition the governors of the states bringing charges against Trump to do the same. It would then be expected for the Republicans to be magnanimous and not pursue any leftist wrongdoing. i.e. a prisoner exchange..

We won’t know if he’s really serious unless the prosecution goes through in a professional way. At first glance, it may just be cover to justify prosecuting Trump and his attorneys.

Is he up for reelection?

Yep, I think the plan is for both Biden and Trump to be taken out at the same time.

Difference? Biden is expendable, Trump isn’t.

I’m not sure what to think about it. My first thought was that it was just to give cover to the Trump BS indictiments....like “See...we’re not just singling out Trump”...
