In addition to the RICO charges, five goons face a count of domestic terrorism. The underlying offense to that charge is first-degree arson by attempting to set fire to a bank, a skyscraper, and Atlanta police cars.

Question is this: Will it go any further? Slap on the wrist? REAL consequences, which I doubt?

Racketeering?
I have it on good authority - one Christopher Wray - that there is no such thing as an organized group known as “ANTIFA”.

My prediction: The feds will let the prosecutor know that kiddie porn might just show up on his computer if charges aren’t quickly dropped.

I saw the Attorney General of GA filed the charges. Which county/city were they filed in?

We have here the FIRST Republican, Attorney General Carr of Georgia, who finally fought back.
It’s about time that the left is held responsible for their actions.

Hos can a ‘myth’ be indicted? According Schiff, they’re an imaginary group.

My prediction: The RICO charges on Antifa will be dropped after the RICO charges against Trump achieve their goal, which is to undermine the 2024 election.
For now, they're are bringing RICO charges on Antifa only to lend credibility to RICO charges in general so they can say, "no one is above the law on either side of the aisle".

My first reaction was to be against using RICO laws for protestors, just as I am opposed to using those laws against the Trump team. But then I read a summary of the actual charges against these scumbags. It is fine to use e-mail, phone calls and the internet to organize a protest, that is not what they did. They used those resources to commit felony crimes of arson and others.
Here’s hoping for a conviction!

Nonsense. GA has been tough on Antifa, and it’s the Georgia Republican Attorney General who is prosecuting the Cop City/Antifa goons. Nothing to do with the woke Fulton County Prosecutor who is after Trump. Many of the previous Antifa thugs who have been arrested have found themselves sitting in jail with no bail charged with Domestic Terrorism.
