That’s also why so many of these states end up with carpetbaggers from big leftist cities and states in leadership positions.
What exactly does she help with in the election? South Dakota and the surrounding states are already going republican. She isn’t a thought leader in her own right.

Good, this is a smart move and a good move by Noem. I think Trump should fly up to the state and have a rally with her endorsement, make a big deal of it, it’s deserving.

Sarah Palin and Kari Lake, like Donald Trump have been targeted and burned by several, including being back stabbed and double crossed by the deep state cartel.
These are exactly who Donald Trump needs on his side knowing they won’t double cross him like pence and many other establishment types.
She didn’t defy anyone. The President and the CDC bureaucracy have no authority to dictate anything to a governor. That’s why there were no national lockdown orders in 2020.
It is only shocking when politicians or journalists of prominence do NOT endorse Donald Trump.
Kristi Noem is perfect for a Trump ticket because she offsets two of his biggest weaknesses: (1) white women, and (2) the COVID fiasco.
She’s the 2024 version of Mike Pence, who was added to the GOP ticket in 2016 to bolster Trump’s appeal to a key group of GOP voters that was understandably skeptical about supporting him (evangelical Christians).
While pondering a VP selection, always remember that if something, god forbid, should happen to Trump, they would be president. Does Noem have the gravitas, knowledge and experience? Who does? Something to think about.
Which last are fully on board with Trump now, based on my experience with N. GA folks.
