He may not remember, but I sure as hell do.

Kemp may not remember, but the majority of the country does. When it came to what should be done during a pandemic, Trump depended on the 'experts' and the experts said, 'shut it down'. Trump was not and is not the expert, but he had to listen the the experts, even if we can say with 20/20 hindsight that shutting down the country was the wrong thing to do. No doubt, if Kemp had been president, he too would've had to listen to the 'experts'. So, Kemp should keep his trap shut.

Good points. The other point people forget is the original 15 days to slow the spread was more about the hospital emergency rooms being overnight with sick Covid patients and not having enough beds versus as much about stopping the spread. Trump was one of the first people to say we needed to open back up but his voice was drowned out by the hysterical people.

That’s what I remember too ie “Irump depended on the ‘experts’”

Trump was out of his element.

Did Trump declare a state of emergency while in office? I can’t remember.

"The fact is former president Trump led the opposition to my decision to reopen Georgia - the first state in the country to do so."

Too bad you weren't so concerned about voter fraud in your State, Mr. Kemp. You actually helped it happen, then covered it up, because you couldn't possibly let people know the length and breadth of the voter fraud that occurred under your watch.

“Trump depended on the ‘experts’ and the experts said, “

Not being a politician he had to rely on those around him for advice on who t put in what position and many times the “who” and the one they recommended turned out to be a RINO or member of the Deep State.

Trump’s support for the lockdowns did not last long at all. He started trying to get the governors to relax them.

It is odd how people forget the frothing hostility that Trump caught from all sides. Does anyone remember the press conferences Trump had? The reporters were seething with hatred and accusations against what Trump wanted to do — to make medicine available instead of vaccines. He was ridiculed.

Remember the taunting over the ventilators?

If Trump had done what DeSantis and others so boldly proclaim what they would have done, with their 20/20 hindsight, Trump would have been declared owner of every single death from the virus. He would have been impeached by the Republicans.

And, people forget that many more people died under the Biden administration that Trump’s.
