Her sherrifs have said they will not enforce it because it violates their oath of office, which included upholding the Constitution, and now her AG says the same thing.
And she still claims she needs no lessons on the Constitution.
The real question on all this is if New Mexico voters will throw her out when they have the chance - or not???
Remember that New Mexico got rid of qualified immunity for their law enforcement officers, so any officer who enforces this emergency order can be sued PERSONALLY for violating one's constitutional rights.
Won't happen; she was just re-elected for a four-year term last year and Dims have a super majority in the legislature if Pubs try impeachment. New Mexico has no citizen recall in its constitution.

Too bad that more in Washington don’t show the same strength of character. Too bad more FBI, DOJ, Secret Service, etc., employees aren’t willing to defy un-Constitutional orders.
Too bad no red state AG’s have been willing to fight back with indictments of their own. But maybe we’re starting to see the tide turn.
