If a firing squad is pointing 91 rounds at someone, at least one of them is gonna hit the target.

Scott doesn't even understand that a firing squad may have 91 guns, but only one gun contains a live round. It is done that way to prevent anyone from knowing who fired the live round.

But nothing he is being charged with disqualifies him from running or becoming president should he win the election.

Legal requirements for presidential candidates have remained the same since the year Washington accepted the presidency. As directed by the Constitution, a presidential candidate must be a natural born citizen of the United States, a resident for 14 years, and 35 years of age or older.

Actually, in a firing squad, every gun BUT one has a live round. That is so that no one knows if they actually fired a killing shot or not.

I believe it is usually the opposite, only one of the guns has a blank.
