This has been a thing with C-19. Simply testing positive but not being symptomatic makes you a ‘case’.
Prior to 2020 you had to be symptomatic to be a ‘case’.
Got to make things look worse than they really are to scare people into getting their clot shot.
California is crazy, no doubt about it.
If they have big outbreaks now, it will mostly be over in a month or less
Just about all these “cases” of Covid are false positives from running too many cycles on the test. Done on purpose ever since Covid arrived.
