Luka Hein, who is now 21 years old, is suing the doctors who allegedly rushed her into transgender surgery at the age of 16, removing both her breasts.
Hein spoke with the Daily Mail, telling the outlet the surgery has left her with daily pain. They also pumped her full of hormone treatments that could possibly rob her of being a mother one day.
During her teens, Hein’s parents went through a bitter divorce. A series of events after that led to doctors convincing her parents that if they didn’t push her to become transgender she would commit suicide. The problem is, Hein was never suicidal.
She became more and more withdrawn as things got worse at home. Hein turned to the Internet where she discovered and followed trans influencers. Eventually, she became convinced that she was the wrong gender by the man she says groomed her online.
A therapist allegedly diagnosed Hein with gender dysphoria within an hour during their first session. She was subsequently referred for “top” surgery after her second appointment.

THIS is the answer to shutting this down. Transitioned people can all sue under the jackpot justice system we have. Start costing doctors big bucks in legal fees and lawsuits and they will stop the surgery.
Here’s hoping that suggestion starts working! Make it too costly and expensive to promote the pseudoscience known as transgenderism!
That poor child, her parents break up her family and fall for this transgender stuff then her life is totally ruined. May God have mercy on her. She needs prayers.

While I totally agree about suing the doctors, also include the hospital administrators. THEY approved this crap.
Assuming the plaintiff wins, as an additional penalty ALL the doctors and administrators involved should be FORCIBLY TRANSITIONED.
Financially destroy them AND make them suffer the same fate as their victim.
This girl was a minor, so you can be sure that the first thing the attorneys for the malpractice insurance companies covering these doctors will do is file a third-party claim against any adult (presumably one of the parents) who authorized this Frankenstein “treatment.”
In Washington and Calif., both Kaiser and Molina ‘process’ gender dysphoria for profit. How they do this without affecting the karma of the soul attached to the body is downright Godly.
Just my view for what it is worth, we could save people a lot of time and money,
1. No transition of any kind until you reach the age of 21, I use the age of 21 because our country feels that is the age you can make a good decision on drinking alcohol even though the same group who sets that limit also says at 18 you can make a good decision on voting, I find that to be a contradiction in logic but I move on
2. You can only sue your parents as they most likely are the ignorant ones. The doctor cannot be sued unless he does the surgery before 21.
Medical lawsuits will bring this political and sexual insanity to a sudden and decisive end.
Most plaintiff tort lawyers are Hard Left Democrats.
Because of political fear, they have completely ignored this legal issue for two years.
That is the only reason this medical madness has lasted for longer than a couple months.

I wouldn’t put it past that the medical lawyers, will say, there is historical precedent, bringing up Roman eunuchs.
In the lawsuit include the hospital, any auxiliary doctors (e.g., anesthesiologists) and any involved insurance companies. And claim MASSIVE DAMAGES. I’d love to be on that jury.
Why so MANY appointments?
The constant fake narrative is that these kids are subject to strigent assessments, over a LONG period of time, by multiple medical professionals before they are allowed to “transition.”
The reality is that they can get a “quickie” with a one-stop, rubber-stamp fake doctor who will rush them into the butcher shop.

If a doctor prescribed diet pills or performed liposuction on an anorexic, the doctor would be in prison and the hospital sued into oblivion. The same needs to be applied to doctors and hospitals who mutilate patients who have Gender Dysmorphia.
