Chicago is split by 3 main racial groups. Whites at the largest at about 36%, Hispanics a bit less and blacks at 28%. I live in the burbs but for work I travel throughout the whole city. The only neighborhoods that are food deserts are the ones that are predominately black. Anyone inside the city with a different opinion?
The hispanic neighborhoods are full of poor ppl, they have poor schools and gangs. Yet they have supermercados. I think Brandon should do a feasibility study why one demographic has grocery stores in walking distance and the other has to take mass transit to buy food.

In order to do so it would require a certain amount of brains, something Brandon is in desperate need of.
