I've set foot once in a movie theater in the last 20 years...and that was to see “Oppenheimer”.I don't stream anything...Netflix,etc. I have a pretty big collection of DVDs and Blurays...about 90% of them were bought used on ebay.I don't have cable...so the networks don't get anything from cable bills that I pay.

Please note that if you buy your Internet service from any company with cable television holdings then you are subsidizing their losing cable television operations...
FYI.

Yup. Pawn shops are a good source of DVDs that Hollywood gets no revenue from sales.

Hollywood can slip into a timeless coma per my opinion. If I crave movies, I find that scrolling through all the available streaming services offers thousands of possibilities, much more than a lifetime of constant watching can realize.
I see the strike and failure in Hollywood in terms of individual faces of so many of the execrable life forms there, like perlman, messing, deniro, sarandon, reiner, etc, and take solace therein.

I went to see a limited showing of a movie about CS Lewis. And a replying of “Casablanca”.
But I guess Disney will do a remake of Casablanca with a black guy playing Rick and Ilsa played by a transvestite (”We’ll Aways Have BERLIN”). And they will be trying to escape Florida...

I have not been to a movie theater since the last century. What is “Netflix.”
