The Hollywood power brokers knew back in the 1970s that they were done if cable television and the "home box office" went to a la carte viewership. They spent the next two decades trying to forestall the inevitable but high-speed internet broke their hold.

They're doomed by their own hand. They decided to mimic the television strategy of Least Offensive Programming (LOP) that had been around since the 1940s and make bland, mass-produced garbage. As the medium declined they then decided to fill it with Leftist propaganda.

Hollywood is just returning to their roots where actors and actresses were looked at as just slightly above prostitutes.

Some of my favorite movies are older. You actually had to bring somethng with you to the movie besides the price of a ticket.

Hollywood panders to the least discerning and the MOST impressionable.
