I thought the latest ruling by the Supreme court said that it was up to the states and not the Federal Gov.. That’s what the Constitution says.
Correct. But the Democrats will soon take the Supreme Court and legalize it on the federal level. Unless we take charge on the issue.

The federal government also needs law on abortion, for it’s own employees that it supplies medical care to nationwide and worldwide, what should that law be?

I think what is said was that abortion was not a constitutional RIGHT. However, I don’t think they ruled a federal law on abortion would be illegal.
