The goal should be no abortions, no exceptions.
And how are you going to do that? That will happen when there are no guns, no exceptions

“The goal should be no abortions, no exceptions.”
Politics is the art of what is possible. And as much as I agree with you right now a total ban isn’t politically possible. We need to take a page from their playbook and work incrementally.
We didn’t arrive where we are now all at once and we won’t return to where things were all at once either.

And to lessen the confusion, ectopic pregnancies (always brought up) ARE NOT ABORTIONS, and the medical community has never regarded them as abortions. Consider that ectopic pregnancy laparoscopy/laparotomy procedure have always been lega while abortions have not.

From this article:
“Since fetal death is certain and the risk to the pregnant person is extremely high, termination is required, either through surgery or abortive medications. Since an ectopic pregnancy is not an established, viable pregnancy (because it has not successfully implanted in the uterus), its termination is not an abortion. Terminating an ectopic pregnancy is standard medical care and legal in all 50 states.”
