It’s a weird form of mental illness. The Pope is the same way. Those folks go on and on about the “suffering” of the convicted murderer. The innocent victim *might* get a brief mention. No description of how horribly the victim suffered.
The victim’s family doesn’t get mentioned at all.
I’d say firing squad.
Simple cheap effective.
Set up a bunch of rifles in rests.
Let victims/ families pull cords for the triggers. One rifle contains a blank. So, there will be a question as to who did/ did not kill the perp.
