PALM BEACH, Florida — President Donald J. Trump reacted to News Corp mogul Rupert Murdoch standing down from his role as CEO today, in a wide ranging, exclusive interview with The National Pulse set to air early next week.
Trump, who has recently been on the receiving end of Murdoch’s influence at Fox News, discussed the issue during a sit down interview at Mar-a-Lago, telling Editor-in-Chief Raheem Kassam, “I wish him luck,” before lauding the Fox hosts who he says have covered his campaign fairly, as well as using the opportunity to praise the late Roger Ailes.
On Murdoch’s hostility towards him, and the wider Fox News operation, Trump opined: “They pick their opponents – perhaps it’s the globalists – who knows why? He added: “There’s an overhang that you just feel, there’s something missing.”
“Roger Ailes was a great guy and a friend of mine,” Trump said, adding that he was “somebody I respected a lot,” who “did a fantastic job.”
Asked if he thought Murdoch’s stepping down was linked to the Australian’s failed efforts to defeat Trump in the 2024 GOP primary, Trump seemed to agree, explaining: “Well they put everything against DeSanctimonious, and he’s not a talented person. He’s just not a talented person.”
They did and got rid of Tucker. Now Murdock has stepped aside. Poor management all the way around.
Is 40 point behind DeSantis the living rent-free in Trump’s head and his supporters heads? Sure seems like it.

Trump is a low class person. He insults people just for the enjoyment of doing so, and his supporters copy him. Amazing that he’s still better than Biden, but disheartening that that is the choice facing the USA in 2024.
Murdoch stepping down and any “Fox” views about DeSantis are unrelated to each other. Father Murdoch is getting too old for any daily grind and his sons are already pretty much running everything, and have been for some time. THAT is what his leaving the Chairman’s role is about, not anything to do with DeSantis.

No. YOU keep telling yourself that Lachlan Murdoch is less anti-Trump than his father. He’s not. He’s worse, and old man Murdoch has no fear that Lachlan will not continue in his father’s foosteps.
Absolutely. Trump is nearing the end of his self absorbed and hedonistic life and realizing, whether consciously or subconsciously, that DeSantis is a model citizen who lived the true American dream, and is a true leader.
Unlike Trump, DeSantis came from meager upbringings, and worked his way through college while serving as Captain of the baseball team.
He volunteered during a time of war, then came home and started a beautiful family that he is faithful to.
He demonstrates the integrity of following the laws of the Bible, about fidelity, and humbleness, not flaunts his irreverence to them like Trump.
All Trump can do is call him "Sanctimonius" as an insult to DeSantis's commitment to these traditional values, as if that somehow excuses Trump's abhorrent behavior. But Trump knows deep down who is the better man. It's his arrogance and sad misgivings that won't let him do anything other than try to destroy DeSantis, instead of admire the true greatness he represents.
I’m certainly not perfect, but I am at least interested in learning what the Bible expects of man, and sharing that with others, especially through my words and actions, because that is what life is truly about in my opinion. If, on the other hand, you prefer adulterous, gluttonous, arrogant, self absorbed seekers of power for their own personal benefit, then that is your choice, as God gave you free will. Those types of people are just not what I personally support, myself though.
In spite of David's many flaws, the Heavenly Father, called him a man after His own heart ... WHY? Because of David's loyalty and love of country... I would never say Duh-Saintis has love of country... He is an arrogate law pimp that has never had to make a living off the works of his own labor. Too bad you are in a spirit of slumber.
