I’m sure he’s toast, I still don’t think he should resign.

I still remember he was indicted previously, went to trial and was acquitted, what if he’s found not guilty again, but went ahead and resigned now, he would be an innocent man and out of the Senate.

Until he’s convicted of a crime, the voters should be the ones passing judgement.

I think we should have a higher standard for holding public office than “not yet convicted of a crime”.
