I guess what’s different now is that Trump was ALREADY PRESIDENT for 4 years without WW3 and so this issue has been litigated in Trump’s favor.
McCaskill is no longer IN Congress as the good people of Missouri had the good sense to vote her out. But McCaskill is just like Congress - fat and out of control.
