This looks racist to me. Target will only locate in communities with few blacks. Perhaps the ESG gods of Wall Street (BlackRock etc) will stop buying Target for their funds. This is how they punish corps that defy their ESG edicts.

All major corporations started this ball rolling downhill when they started embracing PC culture. Target first started by letting mentally ill male pedophiles into female bathrooms and then supported the politicians who voted in the new pro-theft laws.
If the CEOs and Boards of major corporations, especially the banks, were patriots they could have ganged together and told the politicians to not even entertain this madness, but they think they are the heirs to the World and are trying their best to destroy humanity and society as we know it.
These are the major brands donating to the Black Lives Matter movementI wouldn't be surprised if they made a lot more major donations after June 2020, too.

The brand also committed 10,000 hours of pro-bono consulting for small business in the Twin Cities that are black-owned or owned by people of color.

My wife lived in Harlem and avoided the Target there. Not so much out of safety so much that the shelves were always bare (I wonder why).
