Impeachment Hearing: Nancy Mace: We Already Know Biden Took Bribes From Burisma… Betraying Your Country is TREASON (VIDEO)

Congresswoman Nancy Mace on Thursday suggested Joe Biden committed treason when he took bribes from Mykola Zlovchesky, the oligarch who owns Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings.

The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability held its first hearing on the impeachment of Joe Biden on Thursday.

The three witnesses testifying today are:

Bruce Dubinsky, Founder, Dubinsky Consulting (forensic accountant)

Eileen O’Connor, Former Assistant Attorney General, Department of Justice Tax Division

Jonathan Turley, Shapiro Chair for Public Interest Law, George Washington University Law School

Rep. Mace blasted Joe Biden for taking a $10 million bribe from Burisma.

Senator Chuck Grassley in July released the FBI document showing Joe Biden was involved in a $10 million bribery scheme with Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky.

The FD-1023 form alleged then-Vice President Joe Biden FORCED Zlochevsky, a Ukrainian oligarch, to pay himself and his son Hunter Biden a total of $10 million.

According to the document, Biden’s bribery arrangement was described as “poluchili,” which is Russian crime slang for being “forced or coerced to pay.”

Per the FD-1023:

According to the FBI’s confidential human source, executives for Burisma, a Ukrainian gas company, brought Hunter Biden on the board to “protect us through his dad, from all kinds of problems.” At the time, Burisma was seeking to do business in the United States, but was facing a corruption investigation in Ukraine, led by then-Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin. Regarding that investigation’s impact on its ambitions in North America, Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky reportedly said, “Don’t worry Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad.” Zlochevsky reportedly stated that he had to pay $5 million to Hunter Biden and $5 million to Joe Biden, an arrangement he described as ‘poluchili,’ which is Russian crime slang for being “forced or coerced to pay,” according to the document.

Also, according to the document, Zlochevsky claims to have text messages and recordings that show he was FORCED to pay the Bidens to ensure Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was fired.

Viktor Shokin

Zlochevsky also retained two documents, presumably financial records, as evidence of the arrangement, according to the document.

Per the FD-1023:

Zlochevsky claimed to have many text messages and recordings that show that he was coerced into paying the Bidens to ensure Shokin was fired. Specifically, he claimed to have two recordings with Joe Biden and 15 recordings with Hunter Biden. Zlochevsky also retained two documents, presumably financial records, as evidence of the arrangement, but said he didn’t send any funds directly to the “Big Guy,” a term understood to be a reference to Joe Biden. References to the “Big Guy” surfaced in communications involving other Biden family business arrangements independent of the Burisma arrangement. Zlochevsky claimed it would take investigators 10 years to uncover the illicit payments to the Bidens, according to the document.

Joe Biden publicly bragged about bribing Ukraine with $1 billion to fire Viktor Shokin, the Ukrainian Prosecutor General who was investigating Burisma corruption.

I “said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a bitch. He got fired,” Biden said in 2018.

While a dictionary definition of treason is more broad, the constitutional definition is limited:

The Constitution specifically identifies what constitutes treason against the United States and, importantly, limits the offense of treason to only two types of conduct: (1) “levying war” against the United States; or (2) “adhering to [the] enemies [of the United States], giving them aid and comfort.”

I dont want this impeachment turned into a joke by our side any more than it was made a joke when applied to President Trump. There are plenty of legitimate high crimes and misdemeanors present.

Taking bribes from the CCP would be treason.

Yes, I agree. I just wish it wasn't Nancy Mace. I can't get the picture out of my head of her boyfriend grabbing her skanky butt while she's rushing to get to the Prayer Breakfast.

Where’s the declared war?

The Founding Fathers made treason very narrow and only under specific conditions. Why did they do that? Because they understood history the danger to a free people that a broad treason definition would be. You make the treason charge easy, some day it will be used against you for political dissent. Biden’s committed plenty of felonies and he’s likely committed the one offense clearly spelled out in the Constitution as impeachable - bribery!

I am with you on that. But it avoids a bunch of crap legal defense arguments to just call it a high crime.

The way that demented, pedophile bass turd talks about Americans while kissing foreign “refugee” asses is the ultimate treason. “Refugees” suck when they illegally enter a country to live off the backs of others like a parasite. We don’t know those azhos. It’s not our job to provide them with “a better life” or anything else.

Expert witness, Jonathan Turley, a law professor, called nervous Democrats’ claims “fallacious.” Democrats at the Biden impeachment hearing keep whining that it must be “proven that Joe Biden directly accepted money” in order to be implicated in Hunter’s influence peddling schemes and the Biden Crime Family’s wrongdoing.

Criminal laws on bribery refer back to the days of the mob when a crime family member was designated the recipient of dirty money to shield the mob kingpin from culpability. Only it didnt......the kingpin was still adjudged guilty under the law.

We’re All Ready For The Trump Impeachment “Schiff Show” To Be Over
The Federalist, ^ | January 22, 2020 | Kylee Zempel

While it may come as news to Schiff, ‘most Americans’ probably aren’t watching this risible proceeding. But for those of us who are, we know for a fact Democratic actors haven’t been ‘impartial.’

Just when you thought Rep. Adam Schiff had reached maximum sleaze, word breaks he likely mischaracterized evidence related to President Donald Trump’s impeachment trial, achieving new heights of corruption for ol’ “schifty Schiff.”

Last week, Schiff, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, sent a letter to Democratic House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler of New York, summarizing evidence brought forth by Lev Parnas, a former associate of Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani. This evidence was related to Trump’s phone call with the Ukrainian president on which this impeachment sham is supposedly based.

Schiff claimed Parnas “continued to try to arrange a meeting with President Zelensky,” based on a text exchange between Giuliani and Parnas — and Schiff’s own bias or chicanery. The text was attached to Schiff’s letter but was redacted after “trying to get us mr Z.”

Politico reports, however, that “an unredacted version of the exchange shows that several days later, Parnas sent Giuliani a word document that appears to show notes from an interview with Mykola Zlochevsky, the founder of Burisma, followed by a text message to Giuliani that states: ‘mr Z answers my brother,’” suggesting Parnas was referring not to President Zelensky, but to the founder of the energy company on whose board an unqualified Hunter Biden sat for $50,000 a month.

Not looking great for Schiff, the lead impeachment manager.

This partisan impeachment charade hackery has dragged on far too long, since about Jan. 20, 2017. Only willfully ignorant zealots can’t see that the alleged sins of Donald Trump fall far short of high crimes and misdemeanors — and frankly far short of Obama’s abuse of power in implementing Obamacare, Hillary Clinton’s sending classified emails over a private server while secretary of state, or Joe Biden’s own Ukraine-related quid pro quo.

As if that were not enough, Democrats’ slimy tactics throughout this entire spectacle have “threatened our democracy” far more than any benign phone call Trump has made while occupying the Oval Office. For proof, read the transcript of the call. Not Schiff’s made-up nonsense impersonation. The real transcript.

From the very beginning, Schiff has been an incompetent buffoon at best and a conniving, contemptible snake at worst. Rewind to any point in Trump’s presidency, and you’ll find Schiff peddling some nonsensical garbage.

Schiff promulgated the suspect Christopher Steele dossier, spreading the Trump-Russian collusion conspiracy at every turn. In fact, Schiff claimed in his report, ironically titled “Correcting the Record—The Russia Investigation,” that the Justice Department “made only narrow use of information from Steele’s sources about [Trump campaign adviser Carter] Page’s specific activities in 2016.” The inspector general’s report, however, later revealed that Steele’s reporting “played a central and essential role in the FBI’s and [DOJ’s] decision to seek the FISA order,” used to spy on the Trump campaign.

Regarding the current attempts to undo the results of the 2016 election, Schiff hyperbolized the Trump-Zelensky transcript in his own theatrical version of the phone call during a congressional hearing. Later, his staff worked with the whistleblower prior to the filing of the official complaint, interactions Schiff then denied before he moved to prevent the whistleblower from testifying before the House Intelligence Committee.

Now as head impeachment manager, Schiff is calling for a “fair trial” in the Senate. “Right now, a great many, perhaps even most, Americans do not believe there will be a fair trial,” he said during his opening statement before the Senate Tuesday. “They don’t believe that the Senate will be impartial. They believe that the result is pre-cooked, the president will be acquitted.” This hogwash occurred just as news broke of another probable Schiff sleight in misrepresenting the Lev Parnas evidence.

While it may come as news to Schiff, “most Americans” probably aren’t watching this risible proceeding. But for those of us who are, we know for a fact Democratic actors haven’t been “impartial.” We just hope this Schiff show will be over soon.
