A: Only the dollar amounts.
Just as Democrats were ramping up calls for Menendez to step down over bribery charges filed against him, and as House Republicans started their impeachment inquiry into whether Joe Biden used son Hunter to bribe foreign officials, Obama was reportedly getting paid an obscenely large amount of money for a one-hour talk on “diversity.”
These are all variations on a theme. Call it bribery, or extortion, or abuse of power, or whatever you want. This is how Democrats get rich these days. They expand the size and power of the federal government, then sell access and favors to the highest bidders.

Easy to forget, but Michelle had a nice little scam going when her husband was a senator. She snagged a job at Chicago Hope Hospital for over 200k a year for doing nothing. The position was created for her when he was elected and the position was dissolved when the couple gave up the senate seat and moved to D.C.
Quite the grifters...but let’s give credit where it is due, the Clintons. Michelle’s hospital “promotion” to VP of a valueless position was worth ~$317,000 per year.
Nothing beats the magnificent “Clinton Foundation” for grifting. They made hundreds of millions off that and NOTHING got done.

WHAT? That’s not what I learned in eighth grade Social Studies and high school American History. We vote for representatives who go to DC and make laws respecting our needs and wants. Right?
Didn't they collect around $5 Million for Haiti earthquake relief?
Of course none of that went to Haiti, Chelsea had a wedding to pay for.
