ATLANTA — Scott Hall, one of the 18 defendants charged along with former President Donald Trump for allegedly interfering with the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia, pleaded guilty to the charges against him Friday.
Hall is the first defendant to enter a plea in the case.
Under the terms of an agreement with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis's office, Hall pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to commit election fraud, conspiracy to commit computer theft, conspiracy to commit computer trespass, conspiracy to commit computer invasion of privacy, and conspiracy to defraud the state.
Under the terms of the deal, he's being sentenced to five years probation, and agreed to "testify truthfully in this case and all further proceedings."
Hall, 59, is a bail bondsman who was hit with charges relating to a voting system breach in Georgia’s Coffee County in early 2021. He was also the first of the 19 defendants charged in the case to surrender last month.

Your glee for the day, Coronal?
“The process IS the punishment.”

As soon as I saw the title, I said to myself: He’ll get probation. He just has to agree to lie (oops, I mean testify) in upcoming cases.
Then I read the excerpt. I was right.
Well we now have our first liar,
Threats and deals = mounting pile to use in ‘other’ cases.
wow. how is this even possible? oh, that’s right, the corrupt GOPe and courts running GA. “Never mind.”
He’s a lower echelon guy on the case I’m not sure how much he really had interaction with Trump, wait until someone like Mark Meadows or Jenna Ellis takes a plea, the person who could also drop some real bombshells is Rudy Guiliani, if he takes a plea, that would be really bad.
Fanni Ellis is going to want some really big scalps in this case, Trump being the biggest, but others like Guiliani may be to big to take a plea from, she may want to convict him as well as Trump.
This is BS.
I had a 20,000 fine from civil rights regarding teh stupid emotional pets thing. I had nothing to do with it, tenants had advertised a room without my knowing. I even had tenants with pets but didn’t matter.
Didn’t have enough resources to fight it, didn’t know how. lawyer “negotiated” it down to 5,000 fine because he had a relationship with civil rights. I paid a fine directly to the pervert who brought the charge, it was his way of earning money. AND I PLEADED GUILTY TO A FELONY and attended there stupid remediation course which also cost me money.
Pleading guilty means NOTHING!
This is how a kangaroo court works.
1. Make the defendant destitute with legal bills and have a possible jail sentence hanging over his head.
2. Make the suggestion he testify against Trump be it truth or not and it is probably not the truth.
3. Voila! Due to your cooperation I see a small fine, and a little bit of public service and you will be okay if you say the right things. We know you did not remember Trump’s crimes at first but upon meditation you did remember all the crimes of Trump. Have a good day sir.
I remember the discussions among the Founding Fathers where they couldn’t wait till the government got so large that it could crush random individuals at will with a rigged “justice” system.
I forgot to add the following:
Beria is looking up from hell and thinking, “Just damn, I could have had a place in the USA Justice Department! They are using every thing I did!”
I’m guessing his captors reminded him of the J6 prisoner’s plight and then offered a plea agreement (an offer he couldn’t refuse) if he lied and turned on President Trump.
So he got let off scott free to Lie about president Trump 🤔
Now we'll see what he 'truthfully' testifies about in the upcoming trials.
I'm hoping for a Gaige Grosskreutz moment at trial. (Gaige Grosskreutz was the one shot in the bicep by Kyle Rittenhouse, and his testimony helped Kyle more than it hurt.)
Didn’t General Michael Flynn plead guilty?
