Why would NATO have to go nuclear to defend the Baltics?
200,000 troops in the Baltics. NATO would have to threaten to use nuclear weapons to defend the Baltics. Otherwise, after the Russians take it, it'll become Russian territory and if we try to retake it, they'll use nuclear weapons on NATO.
Russia could have moved 200,000 troops into position to invade the Baltics without NATO countering with Baltic defenses, threats to Russian massed troops, combined with threats to Russian cities, and preparations for the elimination of the Russian Navy and Air Force?
