Too bad I’m retired. I have the perfect grift. I would identify as a black lesbian. Do the math: 14.2% of the population is black. 50.5% of the population is female. 3% of the population is lesbian. That represents 0.22% of the population. I’d be so in demand. I can even read, write and compute.

But seriously, think about hideously stupid it is to base employment decisions on identity. It makes it impossible to hire qualified employees.
