A simple favor to ask a moviegoer to sit in his assigned seat turned into an all-out brawl at a Florida movie theater — with the incident being captured on camera.
The Broward County Sheriff’s Office released cellphone video of the altercation, which captured 27-year-old Jesse Montez Thorton II violently attacking 63-year-old Marc Cohen at the AMC theater in Pompano Beach on July 10.
Authorities say that Cohen told police that he bought VIP tickets that included advance seating for the film for him and his wife.

Marc Cohen might have been a New York jew. That might have set off our young “oppressed” minority.
Increasingly I am finding that the news media is blocking me from reading their stories unless I remove my ad blocker.
FOX has now joined the list.
Is there a work around without removing my ad blocker?
When the whole paradigm sifted for me:
About 25 years ago there was a story about a kid about 8 or 10 years old intentionally shoving his little brother out of an apartment window to his death. My mind pictured my brother and me when we were kids, and it seemed absolutely unimaginable (we were both born in the 50’s). That’s just the mental image that hit my mind immediately.
I then realized there were a fatherless black family in a relatively poor area. I remember consciously adjusting my mental image of the event and it has served me well whenever I hear about something like this.
That was when I became, in a sense, racist about all this violence. But it’s not that I’m racist, but that I am “culturist”. The problem is not black people in the US. The problem is the dominant black culture in the US.
But where the rubber hits the road is that unlike that story I heard a few decades ago, in this case I imagined exactly what we see in that picture. In fact, when I hear about the shoplifting stories, car jackings, break in’s, knockout game, etc., this is the type of image that immediately comes to mind. If it’s a female I naturally visualize a fat black chick that feels “emotionally entitled”.
On the other hand, when I hear of a school shooting, I immediately visualize a white boy on a psychotropic drug prescription.
And not to put too fine a point on the whole culture thing, when I went to Freeport, Bahamas for the first time, this year, it’s almost all black people, yet I related to them as people pretty much like me, regarding values, etc.
He should be charged with elder abuse and hate crime as well.
I carry a gun, but pepper spray and a tazer are great alternatives for angry savages in confined spaces.
Had he tried that with me, I’m 6’2” and 69, he would be a dead perp. I carry every where I go. I’m too old and have medical issues that would prevent me from whooping his ass like I would have 20 years ago. The guy is very lucky to be alive. They call Florida the Gunshine state for a reason.
Wonder who Cohen voted for.
I never bothered for Fox Business, as Fox was well on it's permanent downhill slide by then.
Now Fox is so bad I don't care, I spend as little time there as possible.
I search the lead sentence on Google since other sites often carry the same content w/o a paywall.
I don’t see any shame there. I see arrogance in his eyes. Shame requires introspection and self-awareness. I don’t think this guy even has an internal dialogue.
